1. Our Commitment

At LawMe, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of children. We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that endangers minors on our platform.

Our services are intended strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. We employ robust measures to prevent minors from accessing our platform and to detect and report any illegal content involving minors.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use LawMe. We require date of birth upon registration and use various verification methods to ensure compliance.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
  • If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account and delete all associated information.
  • We encourage users to report any profiles they suspect may belong to a minor.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children, including but not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
  • Sexualization of children, including in a fictional context.
  • Any content depicting non-consensual sexual acts or violence involving minors.

4. Detection and Reporting

We utilize a combination of automated technologies and human moderation to detect and remove harmful content.

  • Automated Scanning: We use industry-standard tools, such as PhotoDNA, to scan for known CSAM.
  • Reporting Mechanisms: Users can easily report profiles or content directly within the app.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement: If we detect CSAM or an imminent threat to a child, we will report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies immediately.
