2. Eligibility

To use LawMe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from our platform
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be a convicted sex offender

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your profile information is truthful and not misleading
• Keeping your contact information up to date

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Engage in commercial activities or solicitation without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to promote or facilitate prostitution or human trafficking

5. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you post on LawMe. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content must not contain:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Threats, harassment, or bullying
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Private or confidential information of others
• Graphic violence or disturbing content
• Promotion of illegal drugs or activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LawMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Your Content License

By posting content on LawMe, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and providing the service.

6.2 Our Trademarks

LawMe, our logo, and other marks are trademarks of LawMe Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

LawMe offers both free and paid subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring billing (where applicable)
• Our refund policy as stated in our Help Center

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice to subscribers.

8. Safety and Interactions

While we strive to create a safe environment and implement safety features, we cannot guarantee the conduct of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

LawMe is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality of matches or relationships

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or system failures
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of users on or off the platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LawMe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party
• Your content or conduct on the platform

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and LawMe.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)
• Displaying an in-app notification

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
